1. The Quality Check Process
Before any display leaves our warehouse in Surat, it undergoes a strict testing process. We don’t just pick and pack; we verify.
Visual Inspection
Checked for scratches, cracks, or flex damage.
Touch Testing
Digitizer response tested on test-benches.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Since we ship from Surat, Gujarat, delivery times vary by location:
Within Gujarat
Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, etc.
Rest of India
Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.
*Timelines may be affected by public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
3. Courier Partners & Tracking
We use premium courier services to ensure your display arrives safely.
- Partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and DTDC.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS. Please allow 12 hours for the tracking link to become active.
- Packaging: We use multi-layer bubble wrap and hard cardboard boxes. The package is sealed with tamper-proof tape.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
While rare, if a package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement after the courier company completes their investigation (usually 3-5 days).
Important: Do not accept the delivery if the outer box appears crushed, torn, or re-taped. Reject it immediately and contact us.
