MANDATORY: No Video = No Refund

To claim a refund for damage or missing items, you MUST provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video starting from opening the outer delivery packet. If you have any doubt about the package condition, record it. Without this video, your claim will be instantly rejected.

1. The 7-Day Testing Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to test the display. This return window is valid ONLY if the product remains in its original condition.

What you CAN do during these 7 days:

  • Connect the display strip to the motherboard strictly for testing.
  • Check touch sensitivity, brightness, and pixels.

What ENDS the 7-day policy immediately:

  • Applying glue or pasting the screen.
  • Removing the screen guard/warranty seal (front or back).
  • Installing the display permanently.

2. Return Eligibility

Your item is eligible for return/replacement if:

  • The product is defective (e.g., blank screen, touch issues) before installation.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged (Proven by Unboxing Video).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Ganpatitelecomnadiyad@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Send Proof: Attach your Order ID, clear photos of the defect, and the Mandatory Unboxing Video.
  3. Approval: We will review your proof within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship.
  4. Inspection: Once the return reaches us, our technical team will inspect it for installation marks or glue.
  5. Refund/Replacement: If the part is genuine and uninstalled, we will initiate the refund or ship a replacement within 3 business days.
