Please read these rules carefully before purchasing mobile displays from gtcare.in.

1 Month Testing Warranty
Mobile displays come with a 1 Month Testing Warranty. This covers manufacturing defects before installation. Once you remove the screen guard, break the seal, or apply glue/paste, the warranty is strictly void. Test the display completely before installation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing gtcare.in and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.
2. Product Information
We sell high-quality mobile display replacements. While we strive to describe products accurately as “Original” or “OEM compliant,” slight variations in color or brightness may occur compared to factory-fitted screens.
Installation of these parts requires technical expertise. We are not responsible for damage caused to your phone during the installation process.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
- Delivery times depend on the courier partner. Delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.
- MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO: If you receive the parcel and have ANY doubt (e.g., damaged box, open seal, weird sound), you MUST record the unboxing. Actually, a continuous video from opening the outer package to showing the product is compulsory for ALL claims. If you do not have a video, we will assume the product was delivered safely.
4. Returns & Warranty (Strict Policy)
Coverage Duration
You have a maximum of 1 Month from the date of delivery to test the product and report any defects.
When can you return?
You can return the item ONLY if it is defective upon testing (e.g., touch not working, dead pixels) AND you have not removed the protective films.
Warranty Void Conditions
The 1-month warranty is immediately VOID if:
- Protective screen guard is removed.
- Glue or adhesive is applied to the screen (even if cleaned later).
- Flex cables are torn, folded excessively, or damaged.
- Physical cracks appear on the glass or inner LCD.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nadiad/Surat, Gujarat.
